Provium Dev LLC provides professional software development and infrastructure services, which are custom and milestone-based in nature.

General Policy

Payments for completed work, delivered milestones, and time already spent are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Deposits and Prepayments

If a project requires an upfront deposit, the refundable or non-refundable status of that deposit will be defined in the project proposal or contract.

Service Disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred or services did not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date. We will review in good faith and, where appropriate, offer remediation, credit, or adjustment.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
