These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Provium Dev LLC ("Provium Dev", "we", "us", "our").
Services
Provium Dev provides software development, infrastructure engineering, consulting, and related technical services as described in signed proposals, statements of work, or written agreements.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
- Maintain access credentials and approvals required for project execution.
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in each client agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for service delivery purposes unless otherwise required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provium Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the written agreement. Outstanding invoices and obligations accrued before termination remain payable.
